Sampling campaigns, end to end

Describe your campaign. Samplr finds the stores.

Turn a plain-language brief into a sampling plan, sourced retailers, and outreach that runs itself — so more shoppers taste what you make, in markets you haven't reached yet.

Why sampling

One campaign. Three winners.

Sampling is the rare piece of marketing where nobody at the table loses — which is exactly why it's worth doing properly.

For brands

Win sales, and the data behind them.

Reach shoppers in the aisle, build awareness in markets you haven't sold into, and see the demographics behind every taste.

For retailers

Sell more, and find what's next.

Sampling days pull shoppers in and lift basket size — and they're the low-risk way to discover new products before committing shelf space.

For shoppers

Find your next favourite.

Nobody buys an unfamiliar product on packaging alone. A taste is the shortest path from curiosity to a repeat purchase.

The process

From brief to booked

Sampling fails on logistics, not on interest. Samplr handles the hand-offs between everyone who has to say yes.

Samplr — Describe the campaign

The data

Every sample is a data point.

A sampling day already puts your product in a stranger's hands. Samplr captures what happens next — so the campaign pays for itself twice.

Store-level performance
Which locations move product and which ones never did, ranked rather than averaged.
Shopper demographics
Who actually stopped at the table — age bracket, household shape, repeat visitor or first time.
Daypart and footfall
The hours and weekdays where a sampling table earns its cost, per store.
Taste-to-basket signal
How many samples turned into a product going into the trolley, logged at the table.

Brands see their own campaigns. Retailers see what's working across their floor.

The network

Three parties, one thread

A sampling day only happens when a brand, a retailer and the team staffing the table all agree — on the product, the date and who is standing there. Multiply that by every store in the campaign and it becomes a full-time job.

Samplr sits in the middle of all three, so every store runs off one schedule instead of one mail thread each.

Questions

Sampling, explained

What is Samplr?

Samplr is a sampling campaign platform for food and drink brands. You describe the campaign you want to run, and it builds the plan, finds retailers that fit your product, and manages the outreach and scheduling with those stores and the sampling teams who staff the tables.

Do I need existing retailer relationships to use Samplr?

No. That is the point. Samplr sources stores that match your brief — the category, the shopper you are after and the areas you want to reach — and brings back real locations with contacts. Existing relationships are welcome, but they are not the starting requirement.

How does product sampling increase sales?

Almost nobody buys an unfamiliar food product on packaging alone. A sample removes that risk at the exact moment someone is standing in the aisle with their basket open — which is why sampling converts, and why it keeps converting on repeat trips.

What do retailers get out of it?

Sampling days bring shoppers in and hold them on the floor longer, which lifts basket size. They are also the low-risk way for a store to discover new products and see how they perform with their own shoppers before committing shelf space.

What data do I get back from a campaign?

Store-level performance, the demographics of who actually stopped at the table, the dayparts that earned their cost, and how many samples turned into a purchase. Brands see their own campaigns; retailers see what is working across their floor.

How do I run a sampling campaign for my brand?

Describe what you are sampling, who you want to reach and where. Samplr turns that into a regioned plan, sources matching retailers, and gives each store its own thread for outreach, confirmation and scheduling the event.
